Honestly though, when will Cut go back to what he did when Peyton was here??
I just wish we would use Cottam and Stocker more. We have the best TE's in the SEC and we don't use them to their potential. |
Interesting observation. I didnīt see all of the UT-Bama game (they cut to UK-UF), but I saw UT pound the ball effectively early with Foster, but then seemed to abandon the run. Cut knows more football than all of us put together, but if itīs working, I say we donīt abandon it.
Ainge is no Peyton, so you have to tailor your offense for your QBīs strength. Ainge is a good QB, but you have to run the ball to give him a shot at success.
2-3 TE sets sounds kind of old school, but it could be that heīs waiting for the right D to put them up. Footballīs all about matchups. If your scheme doesnīt fit the matchup, you canīt use it, no matter how good an idea it is.
