:good: Nashville newspaper, The Tennessean, is reporting an agreement has been reached in principle on a new contract for Tennessee Coach Phillip Fulmer that will make him the third highest-paid coach in college football next year behind Oklahoma's Bob Stoops and Texas' Mack Brown.

The new seven-year deal still needs final approval from the UT Board of Trustees, but the total financial package will average out to just under $2.1 million per year.

Everything's bigger in Texas.

I'm one that believes that Coaches and professional athletes are worth every penny they can convince somebody to pay them.

Like Mack Brown is bad? He's looking at five straight 10-win seasons. That sounds like a pretty damned good coach to me.
