| | Cause I like to party | Okay...so who is the better coach.... Meyer or Spurrier? And before you answer think of this....Spurrier has done next to nothing since he left Florida and Meyer has won everywhere he has gone.
It seems to me that Spurrier had a good scheme that was only truly effective with the kind of athletes that go to UF. On the other hand Meyer wins everywhere he goes.
So is it safe to say that Spurrier's success was a by-product of the highschool talent in Florida whereas Meyer's success is more about great coaching that is now substatiated with great athletes?

Regardless of the weakness in the ACC at the time, that's unbelievable. |

| | 13-14 in handshakes | Spurrier. He not only built Florida into the program it is today, he won at Duke and has beat UT and Georgia while at USCe.
It's really not even close. |

Before we're quick to say Spurrier we should look at what he has done other than at the talent hot bed that is the University of Florida

| | Valid Victorian | Uhhh, Spurrier won at Duke - an ACC title.
And he's the kind of coach who takes a few years to build a team. At Florida, any competent coach can come in and win. Seriously.
At South Carolina, it's a paced growth. |

Meyer has taken two nobody teams and turned them into winners (Bowling Green and Utah) and has taken a once powerhouse underachiever and turned them back into a poewrhouse.
Name one siginificant thing Spurrier has won since he has left Florida.
