We got rid of the football program. Wasn't working out. Focusing everything on the field hockey program now.

Our entire defense is elite or it has only 1 who might be good.

Picked up some overhyped QB named Chryst, Kongbo looks good in pads like every year, and D4H says our entire starting 22 will go in the first round. So, pretty much business as usual.



Oh, and a bunch of threads about how we now have a real coach. Nothing to back it up, just a bunch of fans who like the way he talks.

That is correct. Until it gets rolling, some of the newest fad hobbies Vols fans have begun to embrace to fill in the free time include snake skin collecting, ferret racing, bird taunting, competitive dog grooming, and challenging the skilled grandmas to knitting duels.

Of course, cow tipping, incinerating fire ant hills with makeshift flame throwers and ostrich racing are still around, but only in scattered unorganized groups. If none of those float your boat, further suggestions are welcome.

Mudhen, ignore what you’ve been told thusfar. I will provide you the actual update of what you’ve missed. The UT hired an Alabama coach. During the 4th practice session, a starship carrying a Sholan Alliance military garrison landed at Neyland Stadium. They forced the entire team along with coaches, aides, and even the dietician aboard the ship. When Fulmer ran out demanding to know why they were doing this, the Sholan general, Kusac Aldatan, emerged and explained. The Sholan Alliance was in a war with the Valtegans and needed the abducted players for target practice. So we no longer have a football team.

A summary since December: We gone whup dey azz, we pray. We might really stink the joint up in 2018, we fear. Firmly in between those extremes, we're mostly hoping to get to at least 6-6, with a bowl game and some clear signs that things are getting better, fast.
