Hmm, I read, "always underperformed," "huge project,", and someone complaining how he was simply no better than average at UT on different threads. We will miss him, especially vs. UAT, imo. |

He needs better coaching. He might end up being really good.
The game I really recall him underperforming was at Arkansas. I think he was at least adequate in other games.

I dont think he is a bad coach at all, but I'm not ready to crown him yet. And bammer should be better this year. They would have been better if Shula had stayed. | You have now lost all credibility and should not be allowed to post on the Volboard for 2 weeks. |

| Also, Coach Saban has proved once again to be the best college football recruiter in history, as his 4 FIRST ROUND NFL draft picks from LSU showed. |

We've got 4 RB's now better than Darby. Defense is where we'll be in trouble...DL and LB are thin and inexperienced.

In other words, the team would have had a better record 07 over 06 under Shula.

Hightide, do you agree or not that had Shula stayed at bammer for another year that 07 would be a better year than 06?

Just as the Roman general, Aetius's failure to finish off Attila the Hun at the Battle of Chalons eventually spelled doom to the Roman Empire, the NCAA failure to unlease the death penalaty on the rogue school, Alabama will prove disasterous to the other football programs in the SEC! | that guy has a lot of quit in him. what size do you want your New Bama T shirt in??? jeez.
