Hey I just wanted to show you guys something that I have always thought was pretty cool. I know this was in 1917 and 1919 but how many teams can say they didn't allow a single point in two different seasons? Here you go:

1917 Results

Overall: 8-0
SWC: 2-0
* denotes SWC game
DATE OPPONENT SITE RESULT A&M OPP
Oct. 5 Austin College College Station W 66 0
Oct. 12 Dallas U. College Station W 98 0
Oct. 22 Southwestern College Station W 20 0
Oct. 27 vs. LSU San Antonio, Texas W 27 0
Nov. 2 Tulane College Station W 35 0
Nov. 10 * at Baylor Waco, Texas W 7 0
Nov. 20 * Texas College Station W 7 0
Nov. 29 at Rice Houston, Texas W 10 0

(8-0) 270 0

1919 Results
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
HEAD COACH: D.X. Bible

SWC: 4-0

Nov. 8 * at Baylor Waco, Texas W 10 0
Nov. 15 TCU College Station W 48 0
Nov. 20 Southwestern College Station W 7 0
Nov. 27 * Texas College Station W 7 0

(10-0) 275 0

I am sure you guys can bring something up like this from Tennessee's past and I would like to see it if there is. I know if I played on a team that went unscored on I would be ecstatic. Anyway just a little something to discuss I guess.

Get allvol. He knows every single statistic involving the Vols. Ever.

Let's get some Neyland seasons going in here.

Here you go Milo. Since Allvol is not around - here's a link. Check out the run we went on in 1938-39. We're actually the last team in NCAA history to go through a regular season undefeated.

I must say that is more impressive than our seasons. You guys played better competition. Still a hard thing to do no matter who you play though.
