Just a mind-numbing display of ineptitude. Seven possessions not including the last one, resulting in:
  • 6 punts
  • 3 first downs
  • 3 points
  • 65 yards on 31 plays
  • 4 plays over 5 yards, 16 plays for loss or no gain

3rd offensive coordinator in 5 years.

Is it just me or could the HC actually be the problem?

This is not a very good team overall- players out of place on defense, poor tackling, getting physically whipped on line play ( O and d ) . Where are our 4 and 5 star D linemen. This may turn out to be a very long year. If we had lost today as a 27 pt favorite- it would have cost Jones his job, I am sure of that.

...well, also looks like we may have more injuries to deal with also...just a really bad day all around...

PS. any guess has got to be better than mine...my head is still spinning...:mega_shok:

UMass knew what the play was most of the time before we ran it. Scott is becoming quite easy to read in his play calling. Seems he knows about five plays and he runs this consistently.

Scott had never been a OC. Why even consider him? One of Butchie's buddies. Stupid hire.

Butch plays so vanilla on offense the players look like they don't give a damn.

The defense didn't look too bad with getting all the sacks.
