Players report July 28 and 1st practice is the 29th. A significant difference this year is that there will be no 2-a- day practices. The NCAA gave everyone extra day prior to their first game so that they would get their allotted number of practices. Only 2 weeks left!!!!

With the first game not till Labor Day...the allotment/start date may be different than other schools? Just askin'...

Read somewhere that the 29th is an open practice. Never been to one, do they do this at Neyland or are there bleachers or something at the practice fields?

Neyland. No there are no bleachers and there are no somethings at the practice facility.Only way you get to see anything at the practice facility is if you have a press pass or you are pals with the Phi Sigs.
