I'm glad to see this. To me, he's just seemed uncomfortable and out of control.

Let's hope he is taking more of a CEO approach and making his coaches earn their paychecks while holding them accountable.

I still like the hurry up drills he does but he needs to let the assistant coaches coach and that is a good thing!

Perhaps he meant to say "i'm being coached by the coaches"?

I kid, I kid. Glad to see him adapt these past few off-seasons and think good things are ahead.

coaches like Hoke and Warren probably said they wouldn't come if they were not allowed to coach and didn't want someone over their shoulder...

The fact that he is "Willing" to change and adapt is a pretty good sign!! Hope it shows on the field!! :crossfingers::crossfingers:

So all the critics want CBJ to loosen up and let his coaches do their thing, then when he does it they still aren't happy?

Sounds to me he's leading by example. He wants people to accept, change, modify, etc. Now it appears he's willing to do some himself.
