I saw him play vs UCLA & UGA in 94. The UGA game was awesome as we only attempted 8 passes.

Todd Helton??
He was fairly good QB but, I think he knew Manning was on a whole different level. He really didn't get to play that long. When he got "injured" (wink, wink), we all felt he could see the writing on the wall. He knew it was destiny for him to become a baseball great and Manning to become the GOAT.
A Tennessee coach told me one time that he had asked Helton how he was able to be such a good hitter and he said "I watch the spin on the ball when it leaves the pitchers hand and then decide if I want to swing or not". The coach said Helton's hand eye coordination was unbelievable.
