That's one thing butch as done very well. Beat the Gamecocks every year he has been at TN. 3 years in a row is the start of a streak and love to keep it going for a long time into the future. Living down here in SC this is an important game for me. I'll be going to Columbia for this game this year.
On paper, it looks like a squad that should battle Georgia for the East. Of course, this is a team (and a coaching staff) thats been known to trip itself up, and everyone will keep one eye on the courtroom in addition to the field. All that aside, this team has enough to win 10 games for the first time since Philip Fulmers penultimate season in 2007.

The Vols will enter off a bye week following a Florida-Georgia-A&M-Alabama stretch, so well know by then whether this UT team is the real deal. If they are, watch out. Weve seen what Dobbs can do, against a Gamecocks team better than this one promises to me. The needle on The Worry Meter whips back over to a nine.
