Tennessee leads the NCAA in kickoff return average (37.9) and UT leads the SEC in net punting (42.6).

On Saturday against Arkansas, Evan Berry became the first Vol since Willie Gault (11/22/1980 vs. Kentucky) to open a game with a kickoff return for a touchdown. With two kickoff returns for touchdowns this season, Berry is the first Vol since Gault in 1980 with multiple kickoff return scores in a season, when Gault had three.

Berry is second the nation and first in the SEC in kickoff return average with 40.6.

The Vols are one of five teams with a kickoff and punt return for touchdown this season

UT ranks eighth in the NCAA and second in the SEC with fewest turnovers lost (2).

The Vols have played 40 true freshmen over the last two seasons (nation-high 23 in 2014 and 17 in 2015) for the most of any program over the last two years.

Jalen Hurd has rushed for 100 yards in four of the last six games, including three in a row (122 vs. Iowa, 123 vs. BGSU, 109 vs. Okla.).

• The Vols are seeking to end a five-game losing streak against Georgia with the last win coming six years ago to the day on Oct. 10, 2009, a 45-19 victory.

• The last four meetings have been decided by an average of 5.3 points with Georgia claiming 3-point wins each of the last two years including 35-32, last year.

• Prior to the last four games, the previous six games were all decided by 12 or more points.

• The Vols are seeking their first win over a ranked team since knocking off #11/9 South Carolina, 23-21 on Oct. 19, 2013.

• Tennessee has 19 Georgia natives on its roster including QB Joshua Dobbs, CB Cameron Sutton, TB Alvin Kamara and the Berry twins.

Chubb is looking to break Herschel's streak for consecutive 100-yard games. They're tied at 13. So look for Chubb to put up big yards to own the record.

We're 11th in the SEC for run defense, and Chubb is 2nd in rushing. Our D will give up big plays. So it's up to the offense-- mainly Hurd, Kamara and Dobbs-- to keep up with UGA's scoring. If we can do that and pull ahead in the 4th when their D is tired, we can win a close one.
