If you want to twist my words go ahead. I said for him personally that he would be better off going to another game if this is one of the few he has a chance to go to. As a consumer it makes sense. I never said that our team doesn't deserve a full crowd at every game so don't put words in my mouth that I didn't say, okay?

I will be at the Western Carolina game as well. But for someone that might not have the chance to go to every game, it makes more sense from a consumer standpoint to go to a better game if possible. /rant

Easy y'all this is the feel good thread. You are both right, thank you Kristy* and thank you Versacebutch.... It's gonna be a blast..... And yes I do have tickets coming for other games just that's the first of I hope many emails.... It gonna be a great year. GO VOLS!

Glad OP is looking forward to going to the West Carolina game and excited about having tickets. I'm also looking forward to that game and seeing a very large number of Vols getting some playing time and game experience. Hoping for 102,455 but don't expect it.

If we win the Oklahoma game I think you can expect a sellout or very, very close to it. It's a 7:00 game which always draw bigger crowds.

If we beat both OU and UF and go into the Ark game undefeated........imagine the atmosphere that day....I have
Tix for that one....and I bet I already lose my voice before the game by screaming during the Vol walk....better bring my Viagra so I can sport pervy old man orange wood when the majorettes go by. :crazy:

Haha, but yeah the atmosphere for that game is going to be unreal. I am beyond excited.

Actually, I took that the same way VersaceButch took. People choose this game because it's cheaper and maybe he is taking a large group or maybe it is the only weekend he can get up there.

One is a guaranteed win, the other is far from it. The UF & UA games last year were hyped way more than the UK game. After the fact that UK game was much better from a consumer standpoint

The moment I saw the title I knew some guy was gonna pipe off about going to that game. I figured it would the the first reply. Made it to the 2nd.

The whole crew gets to go, twin 2 yr olds (first game), the 6 yr old (first home game) and the wife, I think I can get her to wear a jersey as a dress. Hoping it works out for us or just me to get to go to more games. It's gonna be awesome. And yes I would trade a gimme game for one a little more competitive ,but once we hit our stride, they all may be gimmes. GO VOLS! WIN em ALL!

Honestly, it's the best game to take a group to. I had to find 6 tickets together and ended up getting them for like $45 each on stubhub in a really awesome section. So let's see....

7pm kickoff....awesome

Beat Okla the week before and Neyland will be packed....awesome

$45 a ticket instead of $200....awesome

A guaranteed win...awesome.
