If I remember correctly Jacques McClendon holds the bench record. Not sure what the weight was though.

He needs to slow his roll. Stop showing off before he gets hurt. Go in with a "workman like manor" and not showboating. We need healthy 5 stars, not 5 stars riding the bench because they are hurt. Save it for the game.

Bench is great but those squat numbers are where he will drive people backwards. Ridiculous.
Yes, but in the trenches a lot of the game is played with upper body strength. Everyone loves the term "low man wins" but a lot of times the man with that monster bench press is able to get off the blocks the quickest.
