Just curious here. I'm watching the Steelers vs Bengals game and when they did the lineups, Ramon Foster said he comes from Ripley High School instead of saying University of Tennessee. I don't know if it's the tale of the two Fosters, but first Arian did it, now Ramon is doing it.

They film several quotes and then the TV producers decide which one they will use.

Not a big deal. I've heard him give props to UT almost every other line up this year. Sometimes these guys just like to give their high school's some national attention.

He's all UT.
Talked to him after a practice and said he felt blessed to be at Tennessee.
I was trying to introduce him to my nephew who ran past him to talk to the long snapper.

I get that. Sometimes, you never know though. I haven't really heard much about Ramon coming back since or anything since he left.

I saw him do this and turned to my wife and said somebody on VN will start a thread complaining of this. Lol. This place never fails

I'm from the same town as him and went to the same high school. My younger brother played with him in high school. He also comes home and makes appearances in the public. He loves his home town and high school. He also loves UT and speaks very highly of it.

I wouldn't look into it to much. He's all VOL.

Maybe Ramon did it just so he could get on Volnation after the game and see if there was a thread started about it...we are that powerful, influential, and all

You are looking way to much at this. A lot of guys give props to thier high schoool or middle school.

Wouldn't be surprised if they are required by the NFL to do one for the HS.
