In a few years this team could be fondly remembered as some other recent over achievers:
(Said in your best old man / grandpa Simpson voice)

"Remember that year that we made a bowl with the Sullin twins who walked on playin on the OL"

"Remember the year doofus had all freshmen on the OL and a freshman QB that made a bowl"

And now "remember the year we played 27 true freshman, replaced the entire OL with inexperienced players including a walk on who played with an ACL injury"

The best news is in a couple years instead of comparing to those teams we might be comparing to Neyland's teams of the 30s and 50s or Dickey's teams of the late 60s and even Fulmer's teams of the late 90s. Good days are ahead

Or we could be looking back at those teams as thegood ole days when we could make a bowl game. So what is your point?

The good ol days are coming back. We are going to a bowl this year even if we did have to sweat out the game
