A long time ago someone told me that they took the Volunteer Mascot's gun away from him in relation to the Columbine shooting.

He later regained it but I was wondering if any of you guys knew about this or if it is true.

They took it away after the Great Cumberland Avenue cheeseburger robbery of 2009. It was reinstated once all of Lane Kiffen's recruits were gone and the guarantee of nobody else being as asinine was established.
