The tackle he made on that screen play was something top NFL corners do. He knew to go low when the block came and made the tackle. It wasn't flashy or Boom worthy but its a play only a handful of DBs even in the NFL can make.

Glad he is on the team but am convinced that next season will be his last on "Rocky Top"

Sutton is a beast along with a lot of other defensive players, especially our young guys. Can't wait for this team to get an offense and actually start winning in the sec again

I don't know about td.He tripped coming out of his break but was making up ground when the ball arrived.

Casual fans look at interceptions and pass break-up stats and think that measures how good a cornerback plays. Like you are implying, you need to pair that information with the number of targets to the receivers they are covering.You have a great CB when the QB looks over there and thinks "Nope, not gonna try that."

People just don't throw his way. Mosely got burned twice but he will be a good player as well. Freshman getting burned by a 5th year senior isn't surprising especially with no safety help.
