I cant see anyone buying some of the tickets on Stubhub for $768... lol.

There has to be around ~1500 tickets left on there, not counting scalpers.

It'll be interesting to see if this game is as hard a ticket to get as 2012 was.

Heard Florida only sold 4k and gave a bunch back. I don't think they will travel like they have in the past. They know what's coming. I speak from experience- it's a long way home after a butt kicking! I went down in 95 and the ride home sucked!!

It already is. Actual attendance is an entirely different thing however. And yes, it will be packed.

Edit: And if we have only 104,454, I'm blaming you and your manipulative girlfriend for "making plans" for that day. Your fan card will be on its max point allowance before revocation.

Why would anyone pay over face value when they have a big screen at home? Neyland is not the venue it used to be.

All of those tickets on stub hub that do not get sold, will be on the streets before the game at a huge discount...closer to kick off it gets...bigger the price drop gets... They lose money for every ticket left in their pocket at kickoff..I have gotten tickets for 20$ by waiting till after kickoff when they were going for 300$ each an hour before that...just saying, learn2shop

No kidding.

I was pulled over for speeding with 3 other UT students decked out in orange. The Georgia State trooper came up to the car:

*seeing all the orange and informing us that we were speeding*
"Where you boys going?"
"Knoxville"
"Where you boys comin' from?"
"Gainesville, the UT/UF game."
*laughs*
"Y'all boys done suffered e'nuff. Have a good day"

What's the difference between a sellout and an absolute sellout? Is it kinda like giving 110%?

I got to attend my first game last year at Neyland,if its not what it use to be then holy he!! Its still better than any where else. If I could afford to drive 5 hrs every weekend I would doit over being at home and watching on my big screen

Yeah the highlight is buying pecans, peaches and boiled peanuts in GA. Maybe some tourist trap and a humongous Asian Buffet in Chattanooga.

I was there in 95 too! Man the first half sure was good. Wished it ended there....

on game day, you can get tickets at face or less--the game means little---an up and coming team against a team on the ropes with a coach about to get fired---no national interest

Yep- me and two buds got player tickets on the front row right behind the bench. There were highs and lows then the bottom fell out. My cheap wallet got ruined from all the rain! After Joey Kent got blasted over the middle the route was on. Wow!

Absolute sellout: Announced attendance = Actual attendance
sellout: Announced attendance > actual attendance.

In this scenario then it will always be the 2nd one you listed.

UT has distributed all of it's tickets for sale for this game. Will everyone with a ticket show up? No. Therefore your Absolute sellout can NEVER exist.

I could buy all the tickets and not give any out and the game is still a sellout even though no one is in the stands.
