He references both portions of the schedule. But, which non conference team on FSU's is a more difficult than playing at Oklahoma? I just don't see it.

Oklahoma state, Notre Dame, and Florida.

we have Oklahoma and Utah State as our two hardest so I give the edge to FSU on this one. But our schedule over all crushes FSU.

Most college football OOC games are set nearly a decade in advance. Especially the big time matchups...for example, the Oklahoma home and away set was set back in 2005 (FOOTBALL POWERHOUSES TENNESSEE AND OKLAHOMA TO SQUARE OFF IN 2014-15 - UTSPORTS.COM - University of Tennessee Athletics). Long before we imploded.
