And here I thought there would be bits from an interview talking about who is having good offseason work outs or information of that sort but alas, it's just another picture thread.

Coach Lawson is a good man. Good family. Glad to have him here, hope we keep him for a long long time. Does a great job. I expect to see leaps and bounds improvement this year.

It's at least 405, which IMO is when you really start to feel it in your bones. Unless you weigh 280-300ish when you step back and square up to squat with 405+ it's def a little intimidating.

Agreed. At 4 plates, the lifter can feel the slight bend in the bar. Once the weight slightly bounces up and down at the beginning of the lift, it can be a very intimidating experiences. Thank God for spotters.
