What Ainge calls a ``lifestyle'' change began with the first meeting in Cutcliffe's office.

I would vote both. Hopefully Cut really has changed his attitude toward his teammates. From what I hear, he still hadn't won over Meach and Swain... maybe being on the battlefield together in that whooping brought them closer together.
