| Ncsu is a less talented team, but have been more stable lately.. Their roster is spread out the right way.. Their starters are made up of juniors, and a bunch of seniors.. That goes a LONG way.. I think it'll be a good game, but our massive talent advantage will bring us out on top. | |

This is JUST my opinion.....
Several years ago the Vols were in a game that had gone into several overtimes. We ended up winning and a reporter asked the player who had been very beneficial in the winning TD what his thoughts were about the game. I can't quote word for word what he said, but his thoughts went something like "I was just glad it was over. I was starving and ready to go get something to eat." suggesting (in my mind) that he'd have been fine with either team winning so it would be over and he could go get some food. That comment disappointed me a little and has made me wonder if game results always matter as much to the players as they do to the fans. I'm not suggesting by any means that they don't care, but I think maybe they are trained to just play the game and whatever happens move on to the next one.
Again...this is JUST my opinion which is worth what you paid for it.  | |
