Ohhh wow! My bad I just checked 5dimes and it did go down to -3 1/2 that is great load up on tennessee!...I've been checking the last 3 weeks and it stayed around 7 1/2 and most saw it go down was 6 1/2....they must be a lot being put on nc state side...
