How does that make them 18 spots higher than a team that played both of the teams in the National championship game?? The Formula is F'ed up IMO |

The Formula is F'ed up IMO | Because Georgia also played two postseason games that bumped their SOS rating up. Playing LSU and Michigan State at what the formula considers neutral sites bumped up the rating for them. |

We're talking about overall schedule, not OOC schedule.
That list is ignorant. We had the #2 SOS last year. Final 2011 College Football Strength of Schedule Rankings
Even the NCAA has us at 6. http://web1.ncaa.org/mfb/2011/Intern...games_cumm.pdf

| Chill People! Those are SOS Power rankings based on performance. Although we had a very tough schedule i think we can all agree that we did not perform very well against that schedule and the teams you see ranked higher obviously did. |

| | Obviously, ESPN HATES US! | I post this every season:
Ask the head coaches at Boise, Mich, USC, Ohio St., Okla, Oregon, FL. State, Wisc, Clemson, etc. if they would care to change schedules with TN????
Guess what the answer would be!

It doesn't make sense... It's like saying well ok This team played the Number 1 2 and 3 teams in the nation but we aren't going to rank them high bc they played an FCS school... On the other hand... Heres an SEC school that didn't play any of those top teams but they did play an easy FBS team so well rank them in the top 10.... Just stupid is what it is... |
