| John Adams: Swing Games Quote:
Four other games fall into uncertain territory: N.C. State, Florida, Mississippi State and Missouri.
If the Vols sweep that foursome, they could have their best season since 2004.
If they lose all four, another seven-loss season is all but assured. So is another coaching search.
I would give UT an edge in all four games, but I doubt the odds-makers would. And it's just that — an edge, not a clear advantage.

| This quote got me.....
"You can't expect the Vols to beat SEC East favorites Georgia and South Carolina on the road. You can't expect them to beat Alabama anywhere."
I do not expect them to be favorite in either one of these games, but I always believe they have a hitters chance. Especially against Georgia and USCjr...
and what makes Georgia so special.... as long as MR is the coach we always have a chance against them.... JMHO

| I believe that our offense can keep up with Bama's. Call me crazy but the 3rd Saturday in October will be a good one this year. I'm not huge on McCarron, or their wide outs. Can't wait to see it play out.

They win in the trenches, bro. They let you hang around for about 2 quarters, then their depth on the line on both sides of the ball just run roughshod of you. |

| We can beat anyone on our schedule. We don't even have to play a perfect type of game to beat Alabama. |

That's just how they're coached. |

Dont get me wrong there will be growing pains In the new 3-4 but it will be better then last year. Wilcox never called a blitz or did much of anything. I felt like all we ran was cover 2 defense. |

As I said, I can not see us a favorite of any of these mentioned teams...but the thing that concerns me is he is writting us off 2 months before these games are even played.
I espcially believe we have a shot at Georgia... little less chance against USCjr and even less against Alabama... but Adams statement is we have NO chance.. again JMHO
