Ok.. Something I heard on Memphis radio and Why is CDD like this?

Was listening to Chris Vernon and he was talkin with Terry Fair and they were talkin about how disappointed Fair was with Dooley not being real receptive to alumni.

I know this has been talked about in the past but I just don't understand this. The alum wants to come back support these guys but the coach is against it... Seems like a major problem to me. Thoughts.. And nope I pull for Dooley just disappointed in his decision to do this..

Peyton Manning was working out with Bray earlier... Eric Berry was just working out with the wr.... Dwayne Goodrich just talked to the team... Jay Graham on staff. Seems open to me

Isn't Eric Berry on campus either now, or has been very recently? I know Peyton comes back from time to time. I have seen an interview with Al Wilson that leads me to believe that he has been on campus with the players.

I had heard that this was a problem Dooley's first season, but I think I have heard that it has largely been corrected. At least I hope so. Lettermen should always be allowed to come home. It is good for them, the University, and the current players.

No I've been hearing rumblings with others just not with ones that's not on the staff.. Peyton should always be welcomed here no matter what, see previous post bout Berry and Dwayne.

Terry Fair was a great Vol and him not being welcomed at practice or anything like that just seems ludacris to me.. Not the rapper.

Media member I would say. It's not that big of a deal. They are allowed back and are around the program. Dooley isn't an idiot

I ran into Jamal Lewis a couple of weeks ago and he had no problem with Dooley. I also run into x-players training here in Marietta. They have all had wonderful things to say and visit when they want to. Unsure if things have changed but I have not heard any problems. TIFWIW

I think someone else mentioned that it is because Fair is a media member, which is understandable. It's one thing for former players to have access, it's another to use that access to write about the program.

I was listening to Fish n Stats. ****ing Lapides was on. I think most of the 56 crew is either neutral or pro UT, except Lapides. He said he thinks UT's run is over. And the reason was so weak. He said that's when Bama, LSU, UGA, USC, etc were all down. There was us and UF. It was stupid logic. He is a joke and Smith made him look like a fool.
