Good post, OP. I agree. Been saying for months there was a quiet storm brewing on the Hill. Once Da'rick got in line and the leaders emerged for the players and the coaches, along with another year with McKeef, it all turned the right direction.

I would like to also make one other thing clear. Watch the Cincy game again. It was one of the few examples of what we could do when we actually had Rogers AND Hunter. Hunter is back. He by all accounts held his own against Eric Berry today. Some called it a draw. People get excited. We are about to shock the world. This team is going to come out of nowhere and we are going to hit people in the mouth and they are going to remember very quickly that we are mother*****ing TN.

Patterson is obviously a physical freak, but he hasn't done anything yet against SEC level competition. I think he's going to be good, but he's not on the level of Rogers or Hunter just yet. Hopefully he will be though.

CP is a freak I am from rock hill where him and Worley went to high school he is on the level as hunter and Rogers now. believe it or not but I think teams will focus on hunter and Rogers and CP might have better numbers than them. Guy I know son played with him at hutch and said that all people were saying when schools were recruiting him was he will be one of the best WR in the SEC when he gets to school.

Neither has a lot of guys that had a lot of "stars" coming out of HS that you hang your hat on to point that other teams are superior than us. Be consistent with your argument.
