Besides that, some of the most memorable games I can think of were played in inclement weather. I resemble that remark. |

| In normal scenarios, northern cities would rarely, if ever, get a Super Bowl. With the recent barrage of new stadiums in the NFL it was a bonus perk to receive a Super Bowl. Otherwise Detroit and Indy wouldn't even be in the running.
In the early 80's Detroit hosted the SB, as did Minn in the early 90's and both were bad from a fan's standpoint. The game in ATL in 2000 was surrounded by an ice storm. |

Have you ever actually been to Indianapolis much less an event there. Your post indicates that you must think the reason they have an NFL franchise and get Super Bowls and Final Fours is that they've got everybody tricked? |

| As I stated before, I've been to Indianapolis several times. I lived in Fort Wayne, which is only a couple hours drive from Indy, for several years. During that time, I visited Indy many times; got drunk there, got laid there, had a good time in general. But, I have had just as good a time in Knoxville as in Indy. My best friend in the army was born and raised in Indianapolis. He didn't think it was any great shakes. |

Also, the SEC runs the BCS, or whatever they call it now, and Alabama and their stooge, Mike Slive, runs the SEC. They would never let the game be in Knoxville. |

| His classic slogan "Cas Walkers meat can't be beat" and that passed on the air way back then. |

| I live in El Paso, TX and trust me, if this place can host a bowl, any place can. That being said, I wouldn't want two random teams playing in Neyland. Just wouldn't be right. |
