You cannot be serious about the OL, during Kiffins tenure they never played for him. Remember during Kiffins time we started the 2 walk-on Sullin brothers and a freshmen coverted TE. The OL Kiffin recruited are the guys DD got as freshmen and if memory serves me correctly we sucked at running the ball last year even with a returning 1,000 yard rusher. There is plenty of blame to go around on our running woes.

If you think DD walked into a loaded roster with depth across the board you need to rethink that. Kiffin did more for Hardesty in 1 year than Phil did in 3 years. Between Kiffin and DD I would have to say that Kiffin got left more to work with overall than DD but thats not saying a whole lot.

Kiffin was a freakin' disease for UT and he deserves no credit whatsoever for his recruituing while at UT. He ran off players and the ones he brought in have all left....just about...and the others were dopers and criminals

Don't forget Kiffin and his pet orge were on the phone telling recruits to not come to Tennessee even as the Kiffin training was leaving town. He was trying to drag his recruits to USC with him. Of all the things he and his staff did, this is the worse, lowdown, rotten, cowardly thing of all. The good thing is, certain players who would not have come here otherwise opted to come when LK left. But in the end, CDD was left with a shambles of a team to work with and after the seniors left, it was worse.
