Yeah, I've heard it both ways, but don't really know which one was right. Either way, he was an icon of his generation, and I will remember him fondly for his roles.

No doubt. I honestly will remember AG more for Matlock than anything. I watched every episode of that show with my grandfather that passed in March. Hogans Heroes, Matlock, and MacGyver.

I recently saw a picture of fat-Richard Dean Anderson and nearly cried.

I think his son wrote a tell-all book years ago that basically said he was a horrible parent and nothing like the actor.
