| Missouri wins SEC East in their first conference season. Their only losses come to Bama and USCe, but USCe loses to UGA and LSU, and Mizzou wins three-way tiebreaker over UGA and the Chickens.
Bama goes unbeaten, wins SEC, plays Oregon for national title.
USCw beats Oregon in the regular season, but loses to Ducks in Pac-12 title game. Oregon has no other losses.
Boise State goes undefeated, wins Mountain West, ends up 5th in BCS.
Auburn repeats last season's losses (Clemson, LSU, Arkansas, UGA, and Bama). Most of the losses are more competitive, but Chizik's seat becomes warm two years removed from national championship.
Florida starts out 4-0, but loses next 5 games before limping into the barn at 6-6. Gators lose at Vanderbilt for the first time in God-only-knows. Muschamp is hanged in effigy.
Tennessee finishes 7-5. Dooley is fired. But all is not lost, as Gary Patterson is finally talked away from TCU. Vols make best hire of the off-season. |

| I'll predict that Texas A&M becomes the powerhouse in the state within the next few years because of the dividends received from joining the SEC.

| As long as Mack Brown continues to over-sign talent, we'll be behind them when it comes to recruiting numbers. Success does not come cheap in the SEC and we'll have to make strides in recruiting under Sumlin. He's doing great thus far, but you have to develope, and win. Unless high school kids view going over .500 in the SEC as equal to winning 7-8 games in the Big 12, we'll not be recognized to some.
Winning cures all, and having a coach like Sumlin will help. We need to continue to recruit based on who we are, not where we play. It helps, but TAMU needs to sell itself first and foremost. |

| So you want the Vols to do well, but you want Dooley gone? What a precarious position to be in. |

And if they do, then Dooley has taken a step to show he can coach. Otherwise, the team has done poorly and Dooley has to go.
My OP had more to do with Patterson than it does with Dooley anyway. |

| Michigan beats Bama in season opener. Robinson makes those big LBs look slow and takes the early heisman lead. |

| Here's mine:
3 1000 yard receivers (Hunter, Rogers, Patterson)
Bray throws for 4,500 yards
A.J. Johnson leads the team in tackles
Daniel McCullers causes a career ending injury by sitting on someone.
We actually have a running game, though no running back gets 1,000 yards
Pig Howard will be the surprise of the year.
Our defense will give up some points, but our offense will make up for it.
Prediction: 10-2 plus bowl. I think we lose to Alabubba and one of SC/UGA. But that's it. I honestly foresee a really good year. But as my wife says, "You said that last year." |
