Bullard is an alright player, but as far as our o-line goes, none of those guys can point to game film and say they deserve this or that. If he is sour about losing his spot to stone, maybe he needs to figure out how to beat stone out rather than whine about it.

If Bullard is projected to play a certain position in the NFL and the coaches move him to a different position, that could cause an attitude problem. However; with an attitude, it shows NFL scouts that he is not a team player, thus hurting his draft prospects.
I mean how would you like to be a tailback and your coach move you to full back, which will likely hurt your draft status???????
How would you like to be Teague, who could play w.r. fairly good, but the coach moved you to d.b. which you aren't as good at? At w.r., he may get a sniff by the NFL but at d.b. he will be left out of the NFL.
How would you like to be Jason Allen and Chavis move you to safety as a junior but you safety's usually don't get drafted in the first round. You threaten to go to NFL a year early. Then Chavis moves you to corner and you become a first rounder....... Even Jason Allen was not happy being out of position.
The best case scenerio is Eric Berry, when Monte moved him but he still was drafted in the first round and did not complain about the move.

CDD basically had nothing when he first got here and could barely put a O line on the field so he did his job and recruited hard for O linemen.

Now CDD has some O line depth and it seems like some of the younger guys are just stronger and better than some of the older guys so the depth chart is being shaken up and some of the older guys don't seem to like serious competition so they're unhappy.

Note to all players...Work harder, get stronger and EARN your right to be a starter because the competition only gets better from this point on.

It's a good thing to finally have a little depth and better competition at most positions.

It's a long way until game 1 so let the best man win and lets put the best players on the field and start racking up the Wins.

VFL...GBO!!!

you have new coaches with these kids and they have only seen them 15 practices.

nothing is locked down, well James is but everything else is still up for grabs in fall camp

Very true it seems that James is the only sure lock on the line.

You don't think Tiny and Dallas have locked down the left side of line? As for the other two spots, someone is a great showing away from being a starter. I fully expect the depth chart to be similar with Stone and Fulton as starters coming opening game.

I'd say Tiny and Dallas on the left, along with Stone at center and Zach Fulton and Jawan James at the right tackle position are pretty much set. However I'm a bit surprised that Marcus Jackson isn't making a stronger push to be a starter. I thought he showed great promise last year as a freshmen.

Not sure what's going on in Bullard's head right now. He should absolutely be a starter on this team. If he's not, he only has himself to blame.

Don't really like the idea of switching around centers so often, stone has had problems at center, before and after switching hands, hope we have it sorted out before the fall.

With some of these D-Lines we will face this year, I could easily see all players on the two deep getting plenty of reps in the early hot months of the season. We need a solid two deep on the line so we can keep the line fresh for the 4th quarter when we are trying to hold our lead and kill the clock by running the ball. We finally have this depth on the o-line. It is not as big of a deal to be on the 2 deep as it was last year when the coaches did not trust the second stringers.

Stone and Bray have all summer and the start of Fall camp to get the kinks worked out in the exchange, regardless if it's under center, in the Pistol or Shot Gun. The coaches want the same results as we do; ball security with positive results.

To not only make him switch something that impacted literally nothing, but to ruin his confidence in the process is inexcusable. I'm glad they are rectifying their dumb mistake. We should have a guy with 1.5 seasons under his belt at C, and instead we have a guy that is again having to switch from his guard assignment to the center assignments.
Yeah,Dooley's Fault..something else..
