This. This. This. Any other idea and you are just lying to yourself. Even at it's darkest hours, UT should expect better than a WAC coach with a losing record. |

The results will come this year, but to want to ax the man after 2 years (with a **** roster from Fulmers last class and Kiffin's disaster of a class in 09) is absurd. | there is no proof in that statement, just because they beat Montana and Cincy doesnt mean they were going to beat Fla,Ala,LSU,USCe,Ga.
He couldnt beat Ky which was probably the worst team on the schedule last year.If he is a good coach then this is his year to show it and I hope he does. |

Now tell us what Dooley has done so good that everybody should be turning flips over for ? |

| I just don't get the wailing and gnashing of teeth about Dooley.
If he sucks, then he sucks and this year will prove that. If he's good, he's good, and this year will prove that. Its not that complicated of a situation.
I fail to see what a constant p*ssing contest between the two factions really accomplishes.
Apparently the board has slanted back negative today. Who the hell knows why.
Since the OP's original question has been dismissed/dodged, the only thing I'd ask that "nega" element is "Do you honestly believe Tennessee would be better if Dooley would have been let go anytime after Nov. 2011 to the present? Would you fire him today?"
I assure you, you may think he is awful personified, but he and the current state of this program is not as bad as what you would see if UT parted ways after 2 seasons.
Let the year play out. That's all a lot of people are saying. |

As far as 8 wins go with Bray, Hunter, And Lathers healthy all of last year we beat Kentucky, USCe, and either Georgia or Florida. Saban wouldn't win games with Matt Simms throwing to Zack Rogers or Tauren Poole up the middle for 1 yard. (BTW all Fulmer or Kiffin players

| Dooley sucks, if the vols win 8 games this year it will be in spite of him not because of him. I love the vols but its hard to have faith in a coach who loses more than he wins, regardless of the situation. |

(BTW all Fulmer or Kiffin players | you have no proof at all in that statement and as far as Ky goes , tn should of beaten them with Worely at QB.There was no excuse at all losing to Ky.
you cant blame fulmer or kiffin for Dooley playing any of the players you named.because they are on the team doesnt mean you put them on the field.Poole cant get all the blame anyways , heck herchel walker wouldnt of ran any better behind that line. |
