He's going to rewrite the record books at SC, probably starting this year, with just 75 schollys. | Maybe, but the half he would have would be the jailbirds. |

You do realize that people are laughing at you for hiring Kiffin and will only laugh louder if he succeeds at USC. |

Secondary violations are common practice all over the country.
Visor is an SCe fan BTW.

You do realize that people are laughing at you for hiring Kiffin and will only laugh louder if he succeeds at USC. | 1. I'm not a UT fan.
2. He was knowingly breaking regulations. Nobody denies that. UT did need the attention, though.
3. He had a recruiting staff from hell. In year one, he limped into Gainesville and lost by ten, beat UGA and USCe like dogs, and he had another good recruiting class on the way.
He took some unnecessary swipes at CUM, and for that I can understand your disdain for him, but please do not let your dislike for CLK blind you. He had UT on the up and up. Given where the top three in the East are right now, Kiffin would absolutely own the East, and it wouldn't be close.
One more thing: Kiffin has USCw in national title talks in his first year off of probation. He hasn't won the prize just yet, but I would call that success.

In fact, if you followed his recruits you know that that is exactly what happened. Had he stayed UT not only would not be contending for the East, it would be fighting for its football life.
Incidentally, I regard your phrasing as a Freudian slip. Even if UT FB would have been on the rise under Kiffen, it would not have been on the up and up. |

It happens. Not all of his recruits were gun-carrying thugs (I'm not saying you said this). I stand by what I said; Kiffin would be owning the East right now if he were still at UT. He was going to continue reeling in top classes. It was inevitable with the staff he had. He likely would have beat Florida and South Carolina in 2010, and I would be willing to bet that he would have won the East in 2011. |

I assert he did not have good recruiting. Don't look at the star rating of the recruiting services, look at what his recruits contributed to UT football. Little or nothing. Under closer scrutiny at USC, he is doing better. |

| If kiffin stays at ut, so does Bryce Brown, ut gets 100 yards in the swamp last year instead of -9 and the Vols win easily. |
