| The greatest game i ever saw
Thought it would be kind of neat to start a thread where everyone names the best home and/ or away game they have ever seen in person.
my best home game:
1985 vs #1 auburn and bo jackson. record attendance 94,000+ 35-21 win 
my best road game:
1995 vs Alabama 41-14 win. broke another long losing streak to bama. 8 in a row i think?  |

| Haven't been to lots of games at Neyland Stadium because I live near Orlando, Fla. (behind enemy lines).
Home
1974 (year I was in POTS) 29-28 win over Clemson and Larry Sievers' incredible catch for the victory.
Runner-up-1974 17-17 tie with UCLA when Condredge Holloway came back from the hospital to secure the tie.
Away
2001 34-32 win over Florida when Travis Stephens rushed for 19 times for 226 yards and 2TD. I sat (stood) in the middle of the UF law school students. I was 45 years old, graying hair, UT shirt, hat, shakers, etc. In other words, I was that guy in the middle of the UF crowd. Boy, was that fun the way it ended! | |

| So many! Home (1998)-has to be against the Gators and #2 come from behind against Arkansas
Away-would have to be against Notre Dame after being down 31-7 and winning 37-34! 
Neutral- Either against Miami in the Sugar Bowl or against FSU in the 1998 NC game.

Thats what made the bama game so great for me(other than the win) was being in a hostile stadium, out numbered 10:1 and beating a team that everyone around you assumed would whip your a$$. | |
