NC State and Florida
Can we all agree that these are the 2 most important games for Derek Dooley. If he wins both games it will be an opportunity for a great season. If he loses both games Dave Hart may start the search.

I think so. Gotta beat Florida this year. Gotta be NC state any time you play them ever.

Two most important games of the season, regardless of the impact it has on Dooley.

We win those, we'll be in the driver's seat to the best season we've had since 2007 (God that's depressing).

We lose them...it's not the proverbial "nail in the coffin" for the season but it most definitely does not bode well.

Yes, it is importrant for this team to start strong for a lot of reasons. If the wheels fall off early it could be a long season.

Our first game of the season and our first SEC game are pretty important...cant label em as most important tho.

Can we all agree to instead of injecting negativism into the 2012 season, enter it with positivism and confidence in our team to be competitive and winners? Why not just believe CDD has a team that's ready to strut down the runway, take a leap and soar instead of speculating about negatives?

What if we split? That's a real possibility. Course, I'd rather lose to NC St and beat UF if we have to split, but man that would blow starting 0-1. VN will be a dumptser fire that week if that happens.

Mattresses will be hiding everywhere. I think a split is very possible as well. 3-0 would be a fantastic start. 2-1 will still be okay, IMO, and we'll see where it goes from there. 1-2, and we could be in for a LONG season.
