I didn't know teams with moral victories amounted to talented, well-coached teams. You make an argument using KY '11 having kept a game close against UGA as your body of evidence that they would beat those teams, and you would call me clueless.
Some folks would make KY out to be more talented. I guess we all should chalk up the KY loss as a moral victory.
You are really good for a laugh. I can't believe that you are seriously trying to say that a Kentucky team that did not lose to a single team from a non BCS conference or lose to a team that did not make a bowl is worse than two teams that could not even get five wins in non BCS conferences. The Kentucky loss was bad and we should have won, but they were better than a Wyoming team that got killed by a bowl ineligible Bowling Green, beat a Football Championship Subdivision team by a field goal as time expired, and lost to numerous other teams that did not even qualify for a bowl. Nor are they worse than a Memphis team that could not manage five wins in conference usa, and lost to bowl ineligible teams such as Louisiana Lafeyette and Louisville.

I disagree. The version of UK that UT faced that afternoon would not have beaten either of those teams you mentioned. Maybe the full-strength UK from earlier in the year, but not the one with no QB and an offense that had been installed exactly 4 days prior to gameday. A special level of awful was required to lose that game, and Dooley, as usual was more than up to the challenge.

You mean the full strength Kentucky team that had this guy at QB.
If you knew anything about kentucky last year you would know that they were more competent with a WR at QB than they were with an actual QB. Atleast with a WR they had the element of surprise early on. It was not their offense that beat us, anytime you hold a team to ten points your defense has done a good job. It was our inability to score points that cost us. Wyoming certainly would not have done any better. They didn't manage to score any points on a horrible new mexico team and only managed to score 16 on a Football Championship Subdivision North Dakota state team. Then there is that 97 Memphis team that scored 9 points on a Louisiana Lafayette team that gave up over 21 points in every other game

That KY team was an absolute mess.
A well thought out game plan and good game time decisions would have propelled almost any team over that wreck.

The sad thing is, for as much as people referenced that video and laughed at UK all year long for it, that team turned out to be better than us last year. Ouch.
Yet, you have yet to provide any legitimate argument as to Wyoming or Memphis being able to beat them
I have provided as much as you. KY was awful last year at full strength. By the time the Tennessee game rolled around they were a train wreck. That's every bit as much proof as citing some games that the other teams lost and pointing out how it took KY almost a complete game to put WKU away.

Because I can't think of another time EVER, when a team has won a game after installing an entirely new offense during the week of the game. On the other hand, when you have a mastermind like Randy Sanders behind that curtain, you should expect these things.

Oh, so according to you a win is a win and a loss is a loss when talking about playing UGA close, but when it helps prove your point (i.e. Western Kentucky playing close with them) than it is different. That explains a lot about the fantasy world that you live in

Again, there offense was not the reason we lost. They actually probably had more offensive production because of the element of surprise than they would have with their actual QB

The even sadder thing is that people continue to make a big deal out of the WR at QB thing when they know who there actual QB was.

Matt Roark completed 4 of 6 passes for FIFTEEN YARDS......and we still lost. That is a big deal. What's really sad is trying to make this guy actually look like a better option than their actual QB.
