Heath Shuler followed closely by Chuck Webb. Take the NFL debacle out and Heath was an absolute beast. He was Steve Young with a stronger arm.

Freakin Red Skins ruined him. After that debacle, I was afraid the same thing would happen to Peyton when he went to Indy.
