| Randy had to fly the plane to Chicago to pick up Lovie and then backtracked to Tampa to pick up Gruden before heading to Gruden's land to hide out until contract negotiations are finalized. Apparently the hold-up is over how much time each coach is granted to spend with Rod Wilks...
