As of November 2005, he was hitting coach for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, who I believe are the minor league affiliates of the Rockies:

My three favorite UT QBs, in no particular order, Martin, Kelly, and Cockrell.

I am always amazed at dual athletes.Especially when they excel in both sports.

Anybody else recall losing to Ole Miss at homecoming with Cockrell as QB and a fan tossing a stadium seat at him after the game?

Wasn't me, if Hat hadn't made his statement earlier about him being one of his favorites I would have suspected him. It was homecoming and we lost 13-10.

I think Hat is more into verbal assault :biggrin2:

Randall Morris fumbled going in for the winning touchdown. That loss cost us a Cotton Bowl bid. It was one of those ridiculous TBS primetime games. It was about 20 degrees.

Correct. Fans who throw objects on the field/court should be stripped naked, doused in hot bacon grease, and chained to a fence. Then, the rabid rotweillers should be released on them.

Hat - you have an incredible memory. It is never worth getting into a statistical argument with you. I am glad I never ran into you in litigation.

Thank you. When I think of the three or four most frustrating UT losses since I've been watching, that game makes the cut every time.

It's amazing how many former UT qbs were good in both football and baseball. In addition to Cockrell and Todd Helton, I read somewhere that Condredge Holloway had a chance to play pro baseball straight out of high school, but since he was underage his mother refused to sign the required permission form, and he came to UT to play football (as well as baseball) instead. (a HUGH thank you to Condredge's mom  )

There are so many who have given their all for UT that it's hard to pick favorites, but I can't argue with any of your choices.
