Enrichment Sports source

I watched this show today. One of the things they talked about were if they were optimistic about Tennessee's chances of going 3-3 over the next 6 games. Most were not optimistic about it. I try to be optimistic but I am not sure it will happen. If we did that we would have an excellent chance of being 8-4 at the end of the reg season. This is a tough stretch of games . With buffalo seeming to be the only obvious win.
What do you guys think?

You have to know that panel.Jimmy Hyams is a grouchy old bastard that hates his life. The most positive thing that he could ever do is shoot himself.Bob Hodge is a fishing and hunting expert. How does that translate to football knowledge? It doesn't, thats why its easier for his dumb country arse to chime in with the crypt keeper Jimmy Hyams then have his own opinion. Chuck Cavaleris...well you can look at Chuck and tell that hes a moron. Mike Strange left a great career in being a gay porn voice over specialist to join that panel and is actually better than most of them.Pennington is a midget wanna be comedian who knows his sports but fails in his attempt to be funny. Now you know the panel.

I am optimistic about it. Florida will be one tough game on the road. I would like to see us beat Bama and LSU but right now I dont see it happening. I think the best chance chance other than buffalo would be Georgia and SC.

LOL.. I didnt know the panel like that. I will say Sterling Martin was asked the same question later and He said 4-2 over the next 6 games. I hope he is right.

I would agree with you on the Bama game, but against LSU I believe the Vols have a chance given last year. The only one I would be concerned with other that Bama would be Carolina.

LSU looks good this year but it is still early. So far I am not sold and SC defense. Was Georgia that good to score that many or was SC d that bad? Bama seems really solid. Georgia who knows?

I hate pennington. Why? Because he hates fans and loves himself (often). He is the most negative analyst I've ever heard and always tries what went wrong. He will NEVER highlight any positive.

We are at Flordia, Home to Buffalo,Georgia, and LSU, at Alabama and Home to S. Carolina. I don't think any one in the country has a tougher schedule than the Vols. 3-3 wont be bad against that schedule. I am hoping for 4-2

Don't get worked up over reporters. They are mostly pea brains who have a megaphone or a word processor. Their opinions and "analysis" are no better than us armchair QBs and all of the drunks we can stumble over in the street.

Buffalo is a W. Georgia and SC just proved Saturday that they can be scored on - a lot. That happens to be our strength. We can beat LSU if Jefferson does not play, but it will be a struggle no matter what. Bama looks very tough but there is a bunch of football to be played between now and then. Injuries happen and we will have to see if our Vols continue to improve each week. It all hinges on the next game with UF. I agree with rickyyrs with it being 3-3 with a shot at 4-2. If we end up 10-2 CDD has to be COY in the SEC, which is the same as being COY nationally no matter how they vote.
