According to the NC State website Greg Davis has narrowed it to UT and WVU and will announce at 3:00pm at his school.

Linebacker Kelvin Sheppard of Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Ga., told the News Sentinel Tuesday afternoon that he plans to sign today with Tennessee instead of LSU, the school he committed to in October.

Sheppard's teammate Perry Riley. is also expected to sign with UT, although, his destination is far less certain. Riley (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) and Sheppard have long maintained that they wanted to attend the same school.

UT is recruiting Riley (6-1, 205) to play safety.

Riley and Sheppard aren't the only LSU commitments that UT's coaches will be keeping an eye on. Cornerback Jai Eugene from Destrehan (La.) High is still on UT's radar despite committing to LSU earlier this week.

Eugene (5-11, 170) first committed to Michigan on Jan. 8. Eugene gave UT signs of hope when he took a "secret" visit to Knoxville over the weekend.

Jai Eugene is a 4* CB/Safety and is rated by rivals as the #12 CB.

Nothing against Hooker but I am not sure he know what he is talking about on this one. I hope I am wrong.

ok... well if we even get two out of those three I will be happy. Maybe eugene and all of them planed on commiting to lsu and then decomitt to tennessee.... be like football, thought they had a big win just to have it ripped out from under them

UTSports is listing 8am est. Lets hope they start rolling in soon afterwards. Some have set a time to announce and sign LIO's at their high schools to give props to the school, coaches and teammates. Im really pulling for Goggans signature. The other kid thats solid F$U may have just helped us out. If not, i'll trust CDC and CML to develop the in house and incoming TE talent.
