| how can he regret signing with tennessee? b/c we wouldnt let him walk after trying to rob someone?
he should regret his idiotic actions while here, not the decision to play for our fine university. we dont need his name being associted with us anymore. If anyone is upset, it should be us.
but this story was in the books a long time ago so lets forget about it.

| I agree Rex, it seems to me anyway that the regret was signing with Tennessee, not the prank! Well, it's a shame but not very classy on his part. Something else would have happened, if not this prank, then another one!
Later dude.

| | Fightin' 'em everyday | I haven't seen many articles written that poorly.
"There had been joyous moments in his life — such as the day he signed with Tennessee and spurned Florida, a decision he now regrets — when he knew she would have been proud of him. But he was desperate as he spoke silently to her in his cell."
Sounds like he wishes he would've gone to UF based on that sentence, but as crappy as the article is written, it may not have meant that at all. |

| Yep should have kept his nose clean. He had other issues while CLK was here that showed he was not ready for SEC football, let alone any other D1 program including Florida. |

| I hope he is serious. These young men have a great oppurtunity at their hands, only for some of them to waste it making sonme really dumb decisions. Let's all hope and pray he is for real about getting his life together unlike some people we have heard this same spill from (Demetrice Morley). Good luck Nuke. |

| Hampton is a very boring place to be...I would almost bet he gets into trouble again before that 3 years expires....UT embraced him and gave him a home and he spit in our faces and embarrassed us in front of the entire nation....I could care less what happens to him from here on out, Just glad he is not part of UT anymore. |

| I'm so glad this guy is gone. Poison to the team. He gave us a solid kick/punt returner but I didn't like him as a WR. The talent at WR is looking very promising, both big and athletic. JJ and Oku will fit in nicely as kick/punt specialists, plus give contributions at their regular positions. |

| The funniest part of the story was this: Quote:
There is one striking comment he made that you won’t find in the transcript. In an informal interview setting, Richardson mentioned how much he regrets spurning Urban Meyer and Florida. He said the biggest reason he opted against Florida was the fact that former Pahokee teammate Janoris Jenkins was already there and Richardson felt he would be stuck in Jenkins’ shadow if he signed with the Gators.
However, he said if he had been a Gator, he never would have gotten in trouble. The reason? Jenkins. Richardson believes Jenkins would have watched over him closely and kept him away from problematic situations.
That is an interesting theory. Jenkins was arrested in a nightclub incident last year.
