Kenny Hall...

stepped up tonight.

I am not saying he should start over Williams. This because Williams has the physical presence.

What I am saying is that kenny showed great tenacity(off and def), ball skills(off), and presence(dunk over varnado?). The only thing he is at a disadvantage with is that he tends to let people slip by him(varnado spinning off for an easy lay up while hall could not catch up). If he improves his ability to stay balanced without losing speed on def, and puts on some muscle weight, he will develop into a great player for the vols.

Agreed, this guy is going to be Chism's replacement. He is much more agile than Williams (and a better inside shooter). I believe with a lot of work in the off season, he might amaze next year.

At this point he commits too many bad fouls. Hopefully he will be more prepared next year. He has a lot of potential.

i think the reason for the bad fouls is half experience and half his tendency to lose speed while keeping his balance on the defensive end. weight trainging and some work on his quickness should get rid of those by next season.

Yeah, I think those kind of fouls will decrease by next season, but they are quite common to this point. He has played great all year and been a young leader for our team. Kenny is the man and I can't wait to see him alongside Tobias next year.

I'm just glad K Hall checked into the game b4 SPearl that was first game in a while where SP was NOT the 1st sub into the game... Hopefully Bruce will go w/ tonights subbing and rotation thru the tourneys.

And yet, after a great first half, he played only about 3 minutes in the second half, while Stevie played about 6.

Actually, I won't be truly happy until I put somebody's eye out with a b.b. gun.

I didn't realize that! I can't believed "Daddys Boy" logged more minutes than K Hall for like the 5th or 6th game in a row; its such a joke. My only gripe w/ Bruce is (albeit a BIG one) is that "junior" just takes away minutes from Chism, Hall, Williams, etc. We could easily knock "Daddys Boy" out of the rotation and be just fine only play him when someone is in foul trouble. K Hall had more stats last nite in 12 min than "Daddys Boy" could get in 112 minutes of playing time. Come on Bruce don't let your love for your son get in the way of this b/ball team - they guy don't need meaningful minutes give them too K Hall and let Chism play 32+ each game... On there worst of days they bring more to table than "Daddys Boy".

It won't be K Hall next to Tobias next year it will be SPearl - I won't be shocked if the clown starts next year...

wow...just wow. so Steven playing excellent defense and ball control just isn't good enough for the vols these days. we are the tennessee vols....we can ***** with the best of them. making the #1 team in the west give up in the first half isn't good enough for us. we're tennessee...we gotta ***** about something right?? THEY PLAYED THIER HEARTS OUT LAST NIGHT AND I'M PROUD TO BE A TENNESSEE VOL. THE REST OF YOU CAN KISS MY ASS
