Basketball Predictions
We have a potential of up to 31 regular season games with the tournament this year. Personally I see a 22-8, 22-9 regular season and another NCAA Tournery invite, maybe a 5,6 seed. I think we can pull out the Paradise Jam tournament, and mabye a Sweet Sixteen if the D has improved (which i'm not sure about).

What are your predictions?

Anything short of 25 regular season wins and Elite 8 will be disappointing with this bunch.

It's hard to know until you see this team play some games. Are they going to play defense? Has the 3-ball improved? Is the PG position improved?

If they can improve in those areas I say... 27-28 wins + tourney. Tourney run depends on matchups, but could be a deep run- elite 8 and outside shot at final four.

I feel like we can be pretty good this year. I do not pretend to know a lot about basketball, but we get most of our players back from last season and I think losing in the first round left a bad taste in their mouths. Let us hope that will motovate them into finishing games and making a good run at the end of the season. On a side note, I got to meet Bruce Pearl and Pat Summitt today. It was pretty cool!

I think we'll be good this year. As far as wins and losses go I'm not going to get into that. We definately have the potential to be IMO to be an even better team than the one that won 31 games two years ago. But that's IF we improve on these three areas, point guard play, 3 point shooting, and most importantly defense. If we improve in those areas we'll could a very dangerous basketball team.

If we start out 10-0 Which is very possible i believe we could win 25-30 games this year if we start out 8-2 or worse look for this to be a very long year.....

Pressing again this year should give us another 10 points a game at least. That is definitely gonna help, extra points for us as well as take possessions away from the opposition.

Right now I'm going with a 23-8 regular season and a Sweet 16 birth.

I'll have to see some noticeable improvement on defense before those predictions get upgraded in any way.
