| Why do so many of you seem to think... that the real big boy USC (not the whiney little girls to the east) is going to be a difficult game?

| I sure hope it isn't...if it is, it will be a long season to say the least.

Myself, I'm not sold completely on them yet. But we do know this, any team with stellar play and experience in the backcourt can win or at least put up a fight in the SEC. Maybe its not a tough game, but perhaps not a roll over either. Downey is no joke. |

| I don't. Floyd left that place in disarray and they have practically no one returning, although I'm sure Mater P's kid will light us up. I'm sure USC looked good when they were scheduled, but not now. |

EDIT: Looking back on this comment, I'm not sure if EMAIN meant Southern Cal, or South Carolina.
If he meant Cal, then obviously disregard my blabbering. |

| I was talking about the Trojans, and your last post pretty much sums up my thoughts on it. |

As for Southern Cal, I really don't see anything that warrants a tough game. |

The USC roster is depleted after last year, but they are still projected to start 4 upper classmen. Experience at home might keep them in the game.
If UT decides to actually bring their defense along with them on the trip, I don't see a huge issue. |
