Butler has become the heartland version of Gonzaga. They no longer have to agree to inequitable scheduling contracts. They are enough of a TV draw that they can schedule on equal footing with most anyone.

I was very impressed with Butler when I saw them and Stephens in person when we played them in 'AA's a in '08. I think this guy is going to be a prime candidate for a job in a BCS conference soon. I think he will be better than Lickliter because they certainly seem to be at a faster pace and their games weren't just 50-49 games. Good interview, Hat.
