It's bad enough to read it during the offseason. I can't take reading the stupidity of those delusional idiots. The sad thing is that the fans are really like that. I have a lot of friends that are UK fans and they believe every recruit in the nation has an obligation to attend Kentucky.

I don't read Catspause, but I'm curious. Is it really as bad as everyone here says it is? Serious question.

They already are. The only saving grace is that, no matter how ecstatic they are at their future prospects, anything short of a Final Four appearance will have half of them ready for a lynching or a mass suicide, or both.

Nothing would make me happier than watching their freshmen struggle with growing pains.

I don't read Catspause. I used to check out this forum whenever I needed a dose of UK insanity:

Let it begin!!! - Wildcat Nation Forums - Kentucky Wildcat Discussion and News

That post seems to capture the general consensus in the bluegrass, but honestly, it isn't really that different from the feeling last year, or the year before. Most UK fans I encounter expect to win a national champinship every year whether they suck or not.

Reading catpause during down periods in Kentucky's last couple of seasons has brought me great joy and sweet memories of their agony and tears.

Accidentally visiting catpaws when trying to navigate the dark waters of the internet through the fog of inebriation happened more often than I care to admit, however.

50% of UK fans will need to be put on suicide watch if they finish with significantly less than desired results this year.. They were almost there last year even without nearly as much expectations as they have this season
