He is twice as athletic as Lofton and half a foot taller. He has improved his jumper; he also has the potential to be an electric scorer. He is more athletic and handles the ball better than Jajuan, and is also about 5 or 6 inches taller than Jajuan. That's why he is NBA material.

I think what happened in the title game was Dane and JaJuan, who have played a ton together, started looking for each other.
Scotty's not a whiner or a moaner. He's a winner.
Boo did rough up Scotty, played him like he does his overseas pro games.
It was another good lesson for Scotty, and part of his maturation process.
It's foolish to think the Rocky Top League doesn't help the UT players -- especially this year. The competition was fierce.
It's more convenient for fans to sit at home and say "it doesn't really matter'' rather than feel like they are missing out on something.
I understand that logic, just like I understand the hunger UT fans have to win after shelling out ridiculous amounts of money for tickets during a recession.
But getting down on Scotty is the wrong thing to do -- he's the key to the season, and he's a good kid all the way around.
Tennessee will be very proud of him when he plays in the NBA, whether that be sooner, as in next year, or later.
I want this to e correct, but it's so wrong on so many points that I have to assume you're talking about someone else and a different summer league.

It doesn't help them when it comes to the weak spots of their game.

Scotty might be a guy who puts 15 a game sometime in his career, but he'll never be a true "star." He doesn't have that "IT" factor and he isn't aggressive.

Just curious why you think that matters, especially after I watched a season full of his moping after poor play(s).

How "fierce" can the competition in a league be when Bobby Maze had a 40+ point game? The RTL is a low rent version of the MTV Rock 'n Jock game.

you don't understand the NBA game then.

plz tell me how in the world Chris Lofton is an NBA player? you do realize the nba is mostly a one on one type of game.

Dan Cortese and Bill Bellamy could each go for 20+ per night in the RTL.

How is he much different than any of the second string spot up shooters like Korver or Redick? He isn't starter material but to say he's not NBA material at blows my mind. And the fact you think Hopson is!
